I grew up an obese kid, I tried every diet you can think of to lose weight. I finally gave up on fad diets, ate healthier and started to workout at 19. This led to me losing 100 pounds and starting a career as a personal trainer.
After six years of personal training while going through college. I began a career in the medical field introducing new medical technology to physicians. It was here I learned to read research.
After a few years in the medical field. I decided my passion was still with helping people through fitness. So I started MVMNT Wellness with the aim to provide online training backed by science and practical experience.
